Re: Detailed specs for inputs & avoid clipping with instrument (hi-z) signals

The manual recommends plugging instruments/hi-z inputs into 1 and 2, but if you're clipping those, then you either need to turn the trim down, or plug into 3-8. SO we're not really recommending the opposite. There's way too much variance in the output levels of guitars and basses to give a one size ...

Re: Synchronization With Ableton Live

You can't externally set values of the SS, so you won't ever be able to recall the positions of the faders according to your Live set. There's probably a way to do it by changing how the script handles setting the value, but that introduces other problems. You can add init values to the keys in Host...

Re: crosstalk

Going through the support channel is the most efficient way to report potential hardware issues: http://www.support.keithmcmillen.com We do replace devices, per our warranty if they are deemed faulty: http://www.keithmcmillen/com/warranty. And yes, asking questions, and attempting to get the most cl...

Re: crosstalk

I imagine that you would've noticed this before, so that points to it not being a hardware issue. You'll need to send us a short video/demonstration of this behavior for us to have any more insight other than, reset everything to default. How hard are you hitting the other quadrants? Does location m...

Re: crosstalk

No, its not normal.

Has this always been the case?
Have you tried a firmware reinstall?
Where you pressing on either the top or the bottom when the device was powered on?
Can you reliably reproduce this?

Re: Reverb Update?

There have been no DSP updates to the K-Mix as far as feature additions/improvements. There is so extra room on the board for DSP, but making a synth/creative processor isn't really on our radar. Figuring out a good way to fit a synth into the UI would be quite a challenge. All the buttons/text are ...

Re: drawing user tables

Yeah that looks fine. Can you select the different curves with the buttons? This doesn't appear to be something on our end - the web and standalone editors allow for editing of the tables on both windows and OSX, and we haven't had any other reports to the contrary. Might be an issue that arose in a...

Re: drawing user tables

No issues drawing user tables on Windows 10, either in the desktop or the web Editor. What appears in the developer tools console when trying to draw user tables? Any warnings/errors. (view, toggle developer tools, then select the console at top)

Re: drawing user tables

Yeah you should be able to drag the mouse across the table and draw your own.

Working totally fine for me on Mac OSX. Will need more information, OS, Chrome version, etc.
