Is SoftStep editor windows 10 compatible?

Hi,

On the download page for the editor software it says "Windows XP, Windows 7, or Windows 8; Intel Core 2 processor or greater". I assume that Windows 10 is supported? Can anyone confirm as I'm about to update my system?

Thanks!

Re: Humming noise

Wonder if anyone has tried something like this: http://www.wickeddigital.com.au/firestone-audio-greenkey-usb-isolator :?: Have been having some hum issues with a secondary audio interface (cheapy USB one) causing noise to be induced on my DigiTech FX board (also connected by USB). Have some playing ...

Re: Humming noise

I'm still investigating. A friend of mind (who is an electrician) says he might be able to build me a tiny (cheap $5) tool. Just wanted to find out out if anyone has any other solutions. I'd be interested to know what this 'tool' is? With a passive guitar (not active electronics that need a battery...

Re: Humming noise

@melodisk I've been following this for a while and it seems that the line from KMI is that it's a grounding issue with your guitar ... although like you, most people here have had no problems before introducing Softstep into their system. It doesn't really seem like there is any effective way to sto...

Re: Humming noise

Jesse, Can you explain exactly how you have everything set up ... SoftStep, computer, audio/midi interface, power supplies, connections (midi, audio), guitar etc. Please let us know exactly how it was set up to start with and then what you tried to make it stop. From what you are saying it sounds li...

Re: SoftStep API

Hey Carson, That's pretty cool. I dabbled a bit with Max/MSP at Uni but not for a while now ... and I've got Ableton Live Suite but not Max4Live. I would imagine I'd be able to get some pretty cool stuff going on with Ableton & SoftStep using the Max Development Kit. I wonder you end up with a s...
