Re: Boppad lagging for seconds logic

This is actually an issue with Logic, and I'm not sure what the solution is - You can check with MIDI monitor that the BP is sending all the MIDI notes.

The MIDI input thing is probably due to the cable. Try a few different USB cables and see if the behavior changes.

Re: Change samplerate

Changing the sample rate is handled by the application, or by the OS on Windows. You change the default sample rate in the advanced tab of the sound preferences. I could be missing something, I'm not at my windows machine at the moment, but its in there somewhere. Changing sample rate on windows is ...

Re: Himsceduled release of K Pro

What kind of doubts?

We're in the process of getting everything tightened up on the manufacturing side. We have no official release date at the moment, but we are working hard on it.

Re: converting Softstep MIDI to OSC

Not really sure on what you're asking here. Where do you want the visual feedback to come? From the SS or from Lemur?

Re: Please help - Softstep with Ipad

We'd need to know about what "can't play MIDI notes" means. Your very brief description makes it seem like a software issue for sure. How are you verifying that no MIDI notes are sent? Have you used a MIDI monitor to look at the data coming out of the SS? Are you powering the SS externally...

Re: KMix editor on hi-res display

The K-Mix Editor does not play well with high DPI displays. We will be looking into fixing this in a future update.

Depending on the native resolution of your display you can generally get the Editor to work by adjusting your resolution and scaling options in the display settings.

Re: Detailed specs for inputs & avoid clipping with instrument (hi-z) signals

The manual recommends plugging instruments/hi-z inputs into 1 and 2, but if you're clipping those, then you either need to turn the trim down, or plug into 3-8. SO we're not really recommending the opposite. There's way too much variance in the output levels of guitars and basses to give a one size ...
