I absolutely love the SoftStep and it is in many ways so much better then I had wished for in a USB midi pedal. I am very excited to get deeper into it.

But I must admit: I too think that the material is pretty confusing and a little scattered.

My suggestion (and I hope this is taken the right way) is to hire an outside manual writer or editor to work with you. Someone who has a lot of experience but is coming to this project fresh, and could advocate for the rest of us who are not programming this thing. It should be pretty easy to ask around and find someone really great.

I should say that the support has been really great when I emailed. Sarah was really good in taking time to help.

I want to see you guys do well, this thing is so far beyond what is out there. I would love to see some more controllers on the level of this thing.

Trying to download the manual from your website and I get an error "page not found." Would LOVE to look at the manual before I purchase if possible.
