QUNEO HARDWARE SAD PROBLEM

HELLO KMI TEAM. I Love my Quneo, and i want it to work fine. I bought it new three months ago from ebay shop. After i opened box and connected it to pc usb i figured out that one red led is behaving unnormally. It was low light like green led's. I am shure this is hardware problem, so i entered KMI Technical Support Home and filled in KMI Support Ticket Form after that i had email that KMI Support ticket submitted, and i have no answer for three months. I am sad and upset. Dear KMI team, please contact me. My email cnopcadav@yandex.ru ( i am from Russia) i attached some photo's with my problem. I hope that you can help

time goes by... still no answer... why do you ignore me? I bought quneo like all other people that are more fortunate than me
