Hey KMI,

Here's the Live 9 Framework https://github.com/gluon/AbletonLive9_R ... _Framework

There's a part here on how to change the LEDS in Push that may be helpful http://julienbayle.net/ableton-push/#MIDIRemoteScripts

Source: http://julienbayle.net/ableton-push/

I noticed there's a sysex component as well.

I didn't, Julien Bayle did.
Though personally I'd love to find one for Live 8, since I'm not interested in updating to 9 unless I have the spare change; it isn't worth it for me atm, after beta testing it for a few months.

However, there are some great Clyphx updates taking advantage of the 9 framework that would be my #1 reason to upgrade.

Here you go. It's 8.2.2 but I haven't found anything that doesn't work with the latest update.

The rest of the site is really helpful too.

Thanks I just found it here too:) http://www.tangiblex.net/deep-into-midi-scripts/
And it's dated 2013 so that's good.
I couldn't remember if I might've already had decompiled 8 but I'm pretty sure it was for 7 anyway.
Really in just small bursts of time I'd like to see about assigning LED states and behaviors to my Quneo presets instead of having to rely on midi clips.
I use Clyphx X-controls for custom control (alot of it controlling specific tracks and racks so the scripts wouldn't be able to work for anyone else unless they had the same setup, which also involves midi-ox and energyxt)
and can tell specific notes to change to toggle between certain velocities but I need to deal with some if/else stuff.

I'm hoping with being able to know the actual framework and learn from Will Marshalls custom LED scripts for Livid on his github, I can figure some stuff out.

Thanks again:)

Oh, do you mean 8.4?
N/m, I didn't read close enough, thought you meant it wasn't working with 8.4, scared me for a sec.

You folks are wonderful. Thanks for the links, we had been in the process of decompiling the Live 9 scripts so we can get our stuff compatible — this certainly makes things faster.

Also, our Live 8 script is fixed, we need to zip it up into the installer package and it should be good to go. Though, drewyeah's fix works wonderfully as well.

I'd like the functionality in the brilliant user-created Quneolive scripts to be available in Live 9 (which is pretty awesome, btw).
