Re: pitchbend from rotatries and sliders?

I think implementing that for the sliders is possibly in the cards for 1.3. It would require an editor UI change, so it wasn't able to go into the current firmware.

Re: Betaproduct

Also, there is an option to change the note-off behavior when leaving banks so that notes hang instead of being turned off, if that would be of interest. I can't remember if that's available in the editor, or where to change that at the moment, hopefully I can look into that tomorrow.

Re: Firmware upgrade with Linux?

There is a free compiler that can be used with that IDE, the Small Device C Compiler, but it's not code compatible and on such a large project might result in some major porting headaches. But it could conceivably be done.

Re: Firmware upgrade with Linux?

Looking at those view counts, I wonder if we might have triggered some crazy bot action. I wish I could see a graph of the thread views, I'd bet there's like a single day where it suddenly started to spike. But still, I can't think of any more active and diverse thread. I would really like to have a...

Re: Firmware upgrade with Linux?

It's cool to see so much response after a bit of quiet! jkroll - the Quneo uses a Silabs C8051F380 and the firmware is written and compiled with Keil C51.

Re: More Tricks

Cool! Looking forward to the video, and the discussion about your composition strategies is really neat. Rogue is still not quite ready. We got our first real samples of finished cases this week, and are still waiting for the final rev. boards to come in so we can test and evaluate them. Good luck w...

Re: Quneo on ipad Mode crashs

Maybe Support can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the update is fully compatible with iPad 3, less so with iPad 2, I think it says this somewhere in the manual. But yeah, unfortunately on the older iPads, latch mode can start to overtax the battery and cause it to disconnect the QuNeo.

Re: Firmware upgrade with Linux?

Yeah, thanks jrussell! I know it can get a bit discouraging sometimes, people can be very unresponsive, but it's very encouraging to me to see all the work you've done on this!

Re: QuNexus Light Bleed

That is normal for the QuNexus. The LEDs are addressed in a matrix, and because they're white and blue the 3.3v control lines can't close the 5v drive lines quite fast enough, so sometimes the next LED in the matrix gets a few unwanted electrons. It's a tradeoff between the resolution of brightness ...
