Not Having to go to advanced mode for setting up a trigger

Postby Morten » Fri Feb 20, 2015 3:38 am

Do I really need to go to the advanced mode, work my way through manuals and YouTube etc, to set up a simple button to go foot on 127 foot off 0...... :D :?: :D

How can that be advanced... :geek: :geek: :geek:

With all this software and thingies we musicians cramp into our DAW/Rig it´s a rare blessing being able to use something right out off the box...

Which is sadly not the case with this.. :o

All the best

You're fond of your smilies aren't you?
As I said in your other post, you didn't mention if you're referring to CCs or notes. If it's the former, then that's how the default 'Notes' preset works in the basic editor.
As another option you could use the Notes preset found in the advanced editor and just change the output of a key from a note value to a cc value.
With the SS you're sacrificing out of the box usability for flexibility and advanced functionality.

Thanks.. :9

I need CC´s - to trigger a loop VST.

So what you where saying, is that there is no way to use CC´s like a switch in basic mode.

I need to go to Advanced and change a note preset to CC´s .. ?
