SoftStep - iPad

Postby Macciza » Wed Sep 07, 2011 12:17 am

Hi All

Have recently got an iPad and also the Camera Connection Kit which lets you connect USB devices . .

The SoftStep appears to work quite fine running off the iPad power as well . . .
Had a play with MIDITouch and everything seems fine . . .

Posted a quick video on YouTube that shows it working . . .

Will have to try out a few more apps . . .

Cheers

Hi
Have also had a bit of a play with an app called Control - that uses Javascript for the interface creation. . .
Have done a similar monitor program proof of concept but it can certainly do far more . .
Cheers

The link above is another camera connection kit video. I'm triggering the iPad 2 with a 12 Step, and show how to do it. It's shaky footage but I had fun doing it and it was actually a breeze.
