12-Step Key/Note Pressure

Hey guys,
Just bought the 12-step and my 1st problem is the top notes require a lot of foot pressure than the bottom notes. Is there anyway to make them more responsive,as in easy to press?

From the support ticket:

We've never gotten reports on inconsistent pressure requirements between the two rows.
There is a sensitivity adjustment in the editor, but that applies globally. You may want to try and adjust that setting to see if that helps the issue at all.
