BopPad losing sensitivity as I play

Postby rsquires » Tue Dec 12, 2017 6:24 pm

I have downloaded the Patches for Logic Pro and have been playing them. However after a while the sensitivity when say playing tablas with 3 fingers on a pad goes down. It recognises the first hit but then the next few won't play. I have it plugged in via USB through a monitor which supplies power so not sure if this would affect the performance. When I change a patch the responsiveness comes back but it goes after a while. It's really about very close notes being played quickly.

Any thoughts solutions

Looks to be more of a software issue than a BopPad issue. As I advised in my email, you should use a MIDI monitor to scope the data: https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/

Verify that the BopPad is still sending the Note On/Note off messages. If that's the case there's something going on with how the software is handling the MIDI data.
