Mavericks support?

Hello.

I would really love an update from KMI support about the schedule for the 12 Step firmware update that we've been told to expect sometime in the future. The one thing that I would really like to see ASAP is for the editor to be supported in OSX Mavericks.

We'd all like to see that!
We are currently working on a mavericks update for the 12 step editor (along the lines of the softstep update we put out earlier this year). We should start testing within the next week or two and plan to have a release ready around the beginning of June.
